Three white SATA 3 cables with locking latches, each 50 cm long and rated for 6 Gbps transfer speeds
This set includes three white SATA 3 cables with locking latches, each 50 cm long. They connect motherboards or host controllers to internal hard drives, SSDs or optical drives. The 6 Gbps interface is backwards compatible with SATA I and SATA II. A cost-effective bundle for upgrades, replacements or RAID configurations.
Use these cables when existing leads are damaged, too short or lack a locking mechanism. The latch secures each connection against vibration or accidental disconnection. The jump is worth it when you need reliable 6 Gbps throughput for modern SSDs or hard drives. Backwards compatibility covers older SATA I and SATA II ports without adapters.
The locking latch maintains signal integrity during continuous read and write cycles. Each cable supports the full SATA 3.0 specification for consistent performance. White colour simplifies cable identification inside the chassis. The 18-inch length suits typical motherboard-to-drive routing without excess slack.

Each cable is 50 cm long with straight connectors on both ends, so measure the straight-line distance from the motherboard port to the drive bay to confirm clearance.
Align the connector, push straight in until the metal latch clicks into the port notch, then tug gently to verify it is locked before routing the cable.
Replace a cable if the locking latch no longer clicks securely, if the connector pins appear bent, or if the system reports intermittent link errors on that drive.
