Legal-size classification folders for high-volume

Dark blue pressboard folders sized for 8 1/2" x 14" documents arrive in a box of 10. Each folder uses 25-pt covers and 17-pt kraft dividers with embedded fasteners to keep pages secure. The 2/5 cut tab sits right of center with an undercut score for labels. SFI certification and 60% total recycled content including 30% post-consumer material meet eco-purchasing policies.

Tyvek tape spine expands to 2 1/2" for bulky

The reinforced spine grows with the file so thick case loads stay intact without cover stress. Dual 1" fasteners on each divider and 2" fasteners on the covers at positions 1 and 3 lock pages in sequence during frequent handling. Dividers create sub-sections inside a single folder, reducing the number of separate folders a department must track.

10-folder pack with 25-pt pressboard covers

Buyers who need letter-size folders or a smaller expansion depth should choose a different SKU. The legal dimensions and 2 1/2" expansion define the capacity envelope for this product.

Questions about this item

Will the 25-pt pressboard covers and Tyvek spine hold up if I stuff the folder to its 2½" expansion every day?

The 25-pt pressboard covers and Tyvek tape spine are designed to expand to 2½" and withstand daily heavy use without tearing.

Do I need to buy separate fasteners or dividers for the 10 dark-blue folders to work?

No, each folder already includes 2" embedded fasteners at positions 1 and 3 plus 1" dual fasteners on the two 17-pt kraft dividers.

Will legal-size papers (8½" x 14") fit in my existing letter-size hanging rails?

Legal-size folders are longer than letter rails, so they will not fit; you need legal-size rails or a legal drawer.
