Secure Wireless Enclosure

The Tripp Lite EN1812 is a wall-mount enclosure that secures and organises a router, modem or wireless access point indoors. Made from impact-resistant plastic, it suits offices, dorms, hotels, classrooms and retail locations where equipment must stay protected and out of the way. It accommodates a wide range of devices, including Cisco WAPs, up to 1102 cubic inches of internal volume.

Upgrade from Open Mounting

This enclosure replaces exposed shelf or bracket mounting when equipment needs physical security and tidy cable management. The jump is worth it in shared or public spaces where tampering, accidental damage or theft are concerns. A sturdy hinge lets the unit swing away for installation and maintenance, while the included lock and keys restrict access to authorised personnel only.

Check Mounting Surface and Device Fit

Verify that the intended wall or ceiling can support the enclosure and its contents with appropriate fixings. Confirm your router, modem or access point fits within the 1102 cubic inch internal capacity before ordering. Ensure the planned cable routing works with the provided knockout ports for a clean installation.
