Office Filing Solution

Universal Business Supply file folders provide a reliable filing solution for offices and home workspaces that handle regular letter-size paperwork. Each box contains one hundred manila folders made from 11-point stock. The 1/2-cut top tabs in assorted positions allow flexible indexing for everyday document organisation.

Sustained Filing Performance

The bottom triple-scored design supports up to three-quarters of an inch of expansion without sagging, so folders keep their shape even when filled over time. Single-ply tabs resist tearing during frequent handling and retrieval. The 11-point manila material maintains durability through daily use in busy environments.

Practical Design Details

Undercut tabs increase the indexing area, giving more space for detailed or larger labels. The folders contain a minimum of ten percent post-consumer recycled content and ten percent total recycled content. Letter-size dimensions fit standard filing cabinets and drawer systems.

Questions about this item

Will the 11-point Manila stock hold up if I keep the folders fully expanded at 0.75 inch all day?

The 11-point Manila stock is triple-scored at the bottom for no-sag expansion, so folders stay rigid even when filled to the 0.75-inch capacity.

Do I need any extra tabs or fasteners to use these 1/2-cut top-tab folders right out of the box?

No extra parts are required; the single-ply tabs are already cut in assorted positions and the folders are ready to file immediately.

Can I mix these new 12112 folders with older 11-point Manila folders I already own without the tabs misaligning?

Yes — both use the same 11-point Manila material and standard 1/2-cut top-tab layout, so tabs line up consistently in any drawer.
