Value Brand 2" Bent Radiator Soft China Hair Paint Brush

2-Inch Bent Radiator Brush

This soft China-hair brush is built for reaching behind radiators and into tight corners on walls, concrete, metal or wood. The bent head and long wooden handle let painters work at awkward angles without contorting their wrist. It suits both oil and water-based coatings on rough or smooth surfaces.

Limits of the Bent-Head Design

The fixed 2-inch width and 9/16-inch bristle thickness restrict the brush to trim, edging and narrow recesses rather than broad wall areas. Soft filaments hold less coating per stroke, so coverage on large fields is slow. The wooden handle can absorb moisture and swell if left soaking in water-based paint.

Soft China-Hair Filament Choice

Soft China-hair bristles deliver a smooth finish with minimal brush marks on doors, frames and radiators, but they lack the stiffness needed to push heavy-bodied primers or textured coatings into deep pores. Choose a stiffer filament when the job demands aggressive cut-in on rough plaster or thick industrial enamels.
