Pilum Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Pilum is a pre-built gaming desktop configured around an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It targets players and creators who want a ready-to-use Windows 10 Pro system with high memory capacity and dual-drive storage. No assembly or component selection is required.

128GB DDR4 Memory

The defining specification is the 128GB DDR4 DIMM configuration, which is far above typical gaming requirements. This capacity supports heavy multitasking, large texture streaming, and memory-intensive creative workloads without paging. Buyers who need only standard gaming memory will find this amount excessive for their use case.

750W Supply and Connectivity

A 750W power supply drives the CPU, GPU, 120mm AIO liquid cooler, and RGB lighting. The rear I/O provides USB 3.1 Gen1, five USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 2.0, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1, HDMI, DisplayPort, Ethernet, and 802.11n Wi-Fi. No optical drive bay is included, freeing internal space for the 2TB SATA SSD and 2TB HDD.

Questions about this item

How does the 3.6 GHz base clock on the Ryzen 7 3700X translate to everyday gaming performance?

The 8-core processor runs at 3.6 GHz and can boost to 4.4 GHz, giving strong single-thread speed for modern titles while the 128 GB DDR4 memory keeps background tasks from stalling the GPU.

What does the PCIe 4.0 link on the RTX 3070 actually limit in real use?

The graphics card uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 connection with 8 GB GDDR6, so the bus bandwidth caps texture streaming and frame-buffer transfers at the GPU's own ceiling rather than the slot.

Will the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler and 750 W power supply fit a standard ATX mid-tower case?

The system ships in a desktop chassis that already houses the 120 mm AIO cooler and 750 W supply, so no extra clearance planning is needed for the included components.
