Velztorm Pilum Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Pilum desktop arrives as a complete gaming system with a Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor, 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 512GB PCIe SSD paired with a 1TB hard drive, and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB of GDDR6. It ships with Windows 10 Pro installed and a 750W power supply.

120mm AIO cooler simplifies CPU thermal management

The processor is cooled by a 120mm all-in-one liquid cooler that is pre-installed and sealed, so no filling or mounting of a separate air tower is required. RGB fans are already fitted to the chassis. The only typical issue is ensuring the case has sufficient airflow around the radiator; restricted intake or exhaust can raise coolant temperatures under sustained load.

Check motherboard DDR4 slots

The system uses DDR4 DIMM modules, so any future memory upgrades must match that generation. The 750W unit powers the current configuration, but adding further drives, higher-wattage GPUs or extensive overclocking may exceed its capacity. Verify that your planned upgrades stay within the existing power budget and that the board has free DDR4 slots.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler is running after I power on the Pilum?

Watch for RGB lighting on the cooler and listen for pump noise; then open Windows Task Manager or Ryzen Master to verify the Ryzen 7 3700X idles near 3.6 GHz and stays below 4.4 GHz under load.

What ships inside the box and which parts must I provide myself?

The desktop arrives with the 32 GB DDR4 memory, 512 GB PCIe SSD, 1 TB hard drive, Radeon RX 6900 XT 16 GB GDDR6 graphics card, 750 W power supply, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Windows 10 Pro and RGB fans pre-installed; you only need a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Which Pilum configuration should I pick — the Ryzen 7 3700X or the Ryzen 7 5700X?

Choose the 3700X model listed here for 3.6 GHz base and 4.4 GHz boost; the alternative 5700X version runs at 3.40 GHz base and 4.6 GHz boost, so select based on the clock speeds you prefer.
