Gaming desktop built around Ryzen 7 3700X

This Velztorm Pilum system pairs an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor with 64 GB of DDR4 memory and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. A 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD and a 2 TB hard drive provide both speed and capacity. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate use.

Graphics card defines the build

The RTX 3070 with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory is the component that determines whether this desktop meets a buyer's performance target. It supports DirectX 12 and G-SYNC for variable-refresh gaming. The 750 W power supply delivers the necessary headroom for this GPU and the eight-core CPU.

Liquid cooling and connectivity bundle

A 120 mm AIO liquid cooler with RGB lighting keeps the processor at working temperatures under load. Wireless connectivity uses 802.11n Wi-Fi alongside wired Ethernet. Ports include USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C, five USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 2.0, HDMI, DisplayPort and audio jacks.

Questions about this item

How does the Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz base clock behave once the desktop is assembled?

The 8-core processor runs at 3.6 GHz base and can boost up to 4.4 GHz when thermal headroom allows, delivering strong multi-threaded performance for gaming and content creation.

What does the RTX 3070 PCIe 4.0 interface mean for actual throughput?

The graphics card uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 link, so it can saturate the slot bandwidth without bottlenecking the 8 GB GDDR6 frame buffer in modern titles.

Will the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler and 750 W power supply fit a standard ATX chassis?

Yes, the 120 mm radiator mounts in a typical 120 mm fan location and the 750 W unit follows the ATX form factor, so both install in ordinary mid-tower cases.
