Duplicates one HDMI 2.1 source to two displays at up to 8K@60Hz with adaptive EDID, 48Gbps bandwidth, VRR, ALLM, HDR10, Dolby Vision and 7.1 audio
The Vszerda 8K HDMI 2.1 Splitter takes one HDMI source and duplicates it to two displays simultaneously. It supports up to 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz with 48 Gbps bandwidth. The unit handles HDR 10, Dolby Vision and VRR for gaming consoles such as Xbox and PlayStation. It is a mirror-only device and cannot extend a desktop across two screens.
The compact aluminium enclosure dissipates heat passively during normal operation. No fan is fitted, so the device runs silently in a living-room or desktop setup. Power draw is low enough that the splitter operates from the included USB power cable without needing a bulky adapter. Typical use sees the casing stay warm but not hot to the touch.
A sturdy metal shell protects the internal PCB from knocks and electromagnetic interference. Three HDMI 2.1 ports sit on one face: one input labelled for the source and two outputs marked 1 and 2. Output 1 sets the reference EDID, so the higher-resolution display should be plugged there for optimal results. The USB-C power socket sits alongside the HDMI row for a tidy cable run.

Connect the source to the single HDMI input, then plug displays into Output 1 and Output 2. For best results, always connect the highest-resolution monitor to Output 1 because the EDID defaults to that port and Output 2 will mirror or downscale automatically.
No scheduled maintenance is required. The unit has no moving parts or user-serviceable components. If the 48 Gbps signal path degrades due to cable wear or port damage, replace the affected HDMI cable or the splitter itself.
The 48 Gbps bandwidth ceiling is the first hard limit. Pushing 8K 60 Hz HDR with high-bitrate audio consumes the full pipe, so any cable quality drop or added adapter will trigger signal loss before thermal throttling occurs.
