Vszerda Cat 8 Ethernet Cable 30FT

This Cat 8 Ethernet cable provides a 30FT shielded connection rated for 40Gbps and 2000MHz bandwidth. It uses 4 shielded foiled twisted pairs (F/FTP) with a pure copper core and gold-plated RJ45 connectors. The nylon braided jacket is tested to withstand at least 10000 bends. It supports PoE power supply for compatible devices.

Ideal for gaming, streaming.

Suited for users needing high-speed wired links between PCs, consoles like PS5, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, routers, modems, switches, and patch panels. Backward compatible with Cat7, Cat6e, Cat6, Cat5e, and Cat5 equipment. Not for buyers who require lengths beyond 30FT or PoE support on 65FT runs. Installers needing non-braided or unshielded cables should look elsewhere.

40Gbps throughput with 2000MHz headroom

Comfortably handles online gaming, 4K video streaming, cloud computing, and server applications at full rated speed. Double shielding reduces crosstalk and interference for stable performance during peak usage. The 30FT length fits typical indoor runs; longer distances or 65FT PoE needs exceed this cable's specifications.

Questions about this item

What devices already need an RJ45 port to use this 30 ft Cat 8 cable?

Any device with a standard RJ45 jack — router, modem, switch, PC, PS5, Xbox Series X or PS4 — can plug straight into this cable.

Will this Cat 8 cable work with my older Cat 6 or Cat 5e patch panel?

Yes, the cable is fully backward compatible with Cat 7, Cat 6e, Cat 6, Cat 5e and Cat 5 equipment, so it will link at the highest speed both ends support.

How can I confirm the 40 Gbps link is active after I connect it?

Check the port LEDs on your router or switch — they should show a 10 Gbps or 40 Gbps link — and run a local speed test between two wired devices to verify throughput.
