A four-pack of 1 m SATA III data cables rated for 6 Gbps, nylon-braided and labelled for RAID or multi-drive routing
This pack contains four SATA III data cables, each one metre long, for connecting 2.5 or 3.5 inch hard drives, solid-state drives or optical drives to a motherboard or host controller. The straight 7-pin connectors feature locking latches for a secure fit and the cables are labelled P1 to P4 to simplify routing in RAID or multi-drive setups.
The cables meet the SATA 3.0 specification and support up to 6 Gbps transfer rates, but actual throughput is limited by the rating of the attached drive and controller. They remain backward compatible with SATA I and SATA II devices, so older drives will still function at their own rated speeds.
These are data-only cables and do not deliver power to the connected drive; a separate power connection from the PSU is required for every device. The nylon-braided, 30 AWG construction bundles the four cables together for tidier cable management in tight server or desktop cases.

The 1 m length gives enough reach for full-tower routing while the nylon braid keeps the four cables tidy; choose a shorter cable only if your drives sit very close to the motherboard.
The cable supports the SATA 3.0 limit of 6 Gbps; actual throughput will match the slowest link — typically the drive or controller — so a modern SSD will run at its rated SATA speed.
Yes, the straight 7-pin female plugs are compatible with both SATA and SAS ports, and the locking latch secures the connection for RAID or server use.
