This Vszerda adapter turns a single 15-pin SATA male connector into six 15-pin SATA female ports. It supplies power to hard drives, optical drives and computer fans that use a standard SATA power input. The 70 cm length gives enough reach for typical chassis routing. Builders who need more SATA power connections than the power supply provides can use this splitter.

Adds Five Extra Power Taps

The splitter replaces the need for a power supply with additional native SATA leads or for separate Molex-to-SATA adapters. It is worth the jump when the existing PSU has fewer SATA plugs than the number of drives or fans installed. Each female connector carries the same 15-pin pinout so devices plug in directly without extra cables. Systems that already have enough native SATA power ports do not need this adapter.

Limited by Single-Rail Current
