The Wavlink WL-WN573HP3 is a weatherproof outdoor access point built for long-range wireless links. It delivers dual-band WiFi 6 with aggregated speeds up to 3000Mbps across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Four integrated 12dBi directional antennas focus signal strength for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint deployments. The IP67-rated enclosure withstands harsh conditions while 15kV ESD protection guards against surges.

PoE Installation and Modes

A single Ethernet cable carries both data and power using 802.3AF/AT active PoE or passive PoE up to 100 metres. The supplied PoE converter must remain indoors as it is not waterproof. One gigabit WAN/LAN port connects wired devices or uplinks to the main network. The unit operates in AP, Repeater, Mesh Router, Mesh Extender and Router modes to suit different topologies. MU-MIMO and Beamforming support up to 256 simultaneous clients.

Sustained Outdoor Operation

The housing is rated for continuous use between 0°C and 40°C with storage tolerance from -10°C to 70°C. Lightning protection and the sealed IP67 design maintain link stability during extended exposure to rain, wind and temperature swings. Directional antennas and high-power amplifiers preserve throughput over distances tested up to 1.9 miles in clear line-of-sight conditions. The 54V power adapter provides reliable supply when PoE is not used.
