#10 Flip-Stik Poly Window Envelope

This #10 Flip-Stik Poly Window Envelope measures 4.125 by 9.5 inches and uses 24# white sulphite paper with a vellum finish. A blue crosshatch inside tint adds document security while a C-style poly window shows the address. The Pres-Stik flap seals without moisture for quick mailroom processing.

Installation and common issues

The self-adhesive Pres-Stik strip removes the need for moisteners or sealing machines. Press firmly across the full flap length to ensure a complete bond on the vellum surface. Dust or humidity can reduce tack, so store boxes flat in a dry area. The poly window film may wrinkle if envelopes pass through high-heat laser printers.

What to check before ordering

Confirm that your mailing equipment accepts the 4.125 by 9.5 inch #10 format and side-seam construction. Verify that the C-style window positioned 7/8 inch from the left and 1/2 inch from the bottom aligns with your address block layout. The 92% brightness white sulphite stock suits standard office printers, but test a sample if you use heavy ink coverage.
