8-Way Composite AV Switcher

The WRIARICH 4330143097 routes eight composite video and stereo audio sources to a single display. It is built for users who need to connect multiple legacy devices such as VCRs, game consoles or DVD players to one television without constantly swapping cables.

Push-button operation, no external power

Installation requires only plugging RCA cables into the eight input groups and the single output group, then pressing the front selector buttons to change sources. The unit draws power from the connected signals so no mains adapter is needed. The only common issue is accidental button presses when the switcher is placed in a tight rack space.

Video bandwidth 50 Hz to 5.5 MHz

The switcher passes composite video at 0.8–1.0 Vp-p into 75 ohms and stereo audio at 2 V RMS across 10 Hz–20 kHz. It comfortably handles standard-definition sources but cannot carry progressive-scan, component or HDMI signals, so high-definition consoles and modern streaming boxes fall outside its capability.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the switcher is passing video correctly after connecting my eight sources?

Press each input button in turn; the corresponding LED should light and the TV should show a stable picture with no rolling or colour loss, indicating the 50 Hz to 5.5 MHz video bandwidth is intact.

What cables or accessories must I supply myself to use the 4330143097 right away?

The box contains only the switcher; you must provide eight sets of RCA composite cables (yellow, red, white) for the inputs and one RCA composite cable for the output to your display.

Should I choose the version with two component inputs or the one with only composite for my mixed console setup?

This model includes two component-video inputs alongside six composite inputs, so select it when you need to connect both component and composite sources simultaneously.
