What this product is and who it is for

The WRIARICH HW-HD1080P takes a single HDMI source and sends the same signal to eight displays simultaneously. It supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 and audio formats such as LPCM, Dolby-AC3 and DTS 7.1. Installers use it for conference rooms, digital signage or home-theatre setups where identical content must appear on multiple screens.

Installation and common issues

Connect the source to the single HDMI input and up to eight displays to the outputs using standard HDMI cables. The unit requires external power to buffer and amplify the signal for longer runs. Problems usually arise when cables exceed practical lengths, when a display negotiates an unsupported resolution or when the power supply is omitted.

The specification that decides fit

The maximum supported resolution is 1920 x 1080. If any connected display requires 4K or higher refresh rates beyond the listed video formats, this splitter will not pass that signal correctly. Buyers needing higher resolutions or more than eight outputs must choose a different model.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the HW-HD1080P is sending a 1080P signal to all eight displays after setup?

Check each connected display’s on-screen information menu; all should report 1920 x 1080 resolution and show synchronized video with no flicker.

What cables or accessories must I buy separately to use the 1×8 splitter out of the box?

You need one HDMI cable for the source input and up to eight HDMI cables for the outputs; the unit includes only the splitter and its power adapter.

Should I choose this HW-HD1080P model or a higher-spec version for 1440p sources?

This model supports video formats up to 1440p at its HDMI 1.3b ports, so it handles 1440p sources; pick a higher-spec unit only if you need 4K or HDR.
