1-to-2 HDMI 2.0 Splitter

The WRIARICH OZF12-2 duplicates a single HDMI 2.0 source across two displays simultaneously. It supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz with 18 Gbps bandwidth. The unit handles 30, 36 and 48 bit deep colour and passes audio formats including DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD. An AC power adaptor is included.

Four EDID modes for display matching

The splitter offers four selectable EDID modes to optimise handshake compatibility with connected screens. It suits installers needing reliable 4K 60 Hz duplication for signage, gaming consoles or media players. Users requiring independent content on each output or switching between multiple sources should look at a matrix switch instead.

18 Gbps bandwidth ceiling

Maximum throughput is 18 Gbps, limiting the link to HDMI 2.0 capabilities such as 4K at 60 Hz 4:4:4. Higher refresh rates at 4K or 8K resolutions need a splitter rated for HDMI 2.1 bandwidth. Verify that your source and cables also meet the 18 Gbps specification.

Questions about this item

Should I pick a 1x2 splitter or a larger matrix for two displays?

The OZF12-2 is a 1x2 model that duplicates one source to two screens; choose it when you need identical output on both displays.

What does the 18Gbps rating deliver on a 4K 60Hz screen?

18Gbps bandwidth carries 3840x2160 at 60Hz with 30/36/48-bit deep colour and high-bit-rate audio such as DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD.

How does the HDMI 2.0b interface limit the signal in practice?

HDMI 2.0b caps the link at 18Gbps, so 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 is the maximum supported resolution and refresh rate.
