This 2.5G 90W PoE++ injector adds Power over Ethernet to a non-PoE link. It accepts a 2.5G Ethernet input and delivers both data and up to 90W of power through a single 2.5G PoE output port. The unit complies with IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt standards and auto-detects the connected device’s power requirement.

Installers needing up to 90W over 2.5G

It suits installers powering 90W-class wireless access points, PTZ cameras or other high-power PoE devices over runs up to 100 metres. It does not suit buyers who need multi-port injection, managed features such as VLAN or port scheduling, or passive 24V PoE compatibility.

90W maximum PoE output

The single figure that decides fit is the 90W maximum PoE output on the 2.5G port. If the powered device draws more than 90W, this injector cannot supply it; if the device needs only 15.4W, 30W or 60W the injector will deliver the correct class automatically.
