Capacity and Access Methods

The xFace620 stores up to 10000 facial templates, 10000 card records and 3000 palm prints while retaining 100000 attendance events. It serves workplaces that need multi-modal biometric verification at a single entry point.

Power, Connectivity and Environment

The unit requires a DC12V 3A supply and communicates over TCP/IP with optional WIFI; it operates between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius at 20 to 80 percent relative humidity. Confirm your network infrastructure and mounting location meet these electrical and climatic limits before ordering.

Sustained Operation

Continuous authentication draws steady power from the 12V rail and writes logs to internal storage without external drives, so performance remains stable during peak shift changes. The 5-inch IPS touch screen stays responsive for repeated taps throughout the day, and the device maintains throughput as long as temperature and humidity stay within the stated range.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the xFace620 and what must I source separately?

The unit includes the 5-inch touch terminal and mounting hardware; you must supply a DC12V 3A power adapter and any network cabling for TCP/IP.

Should I choose the TCP/IP-only model or the one with optional Wi-Fi?

Pick the Wi-Fi version if you cannot run Ethernet to the mounting location; otherwise the wired TCP/IP model gives a stable connection without extra setup.

How does the 10,000 facial capacity work in daily use?

It stores up to 10,000 face templates so each enrolled user can clock in without cards, and the 100,000 record buffer holds months of logs before download.
