ZKTECO XFace620 Palmprint Face Recognition Time Attendance Machine 5-inch IPS touch screen office equipment

5-inch IPS touch terminal for palmprint

The ZKTECO XFace620 combines facial recognition, palmprint scanning and card reading in a single 5-inch IPS touch device. It stores up to 10,000 faces, 10,000 cards and 3,000 palm templates with a log capacity of 100,000 records. Designed for office environments that need multi-modal identity verification and attendance tracking.

Sustained operation within 0 to 45 °C

The unit runs on a DC 12 V 3 A supply and maintains recognition performance across the stated temperature and humidity range. TCP/IP networking comes standard with optional Wi-Fi for flexible deployment. The compact 203 by 92 by 21.5 mm chassis fits wall or turnstile mounting without active cooling, supporting continuous daily use in typical indoor conditions.

Replaces single-factor readers

Organisations moving from card-only or fingerprint terminals gain contactless palmprint and face matching plus photo ID, Wiegand input/output and advanced access control rules. The step up is justified when audit trails of 100,000 events and multi-credential support are required. Sites needing only basic punch-in or fewer than 3,000 palm enrolments may find simpler devices sufficient.
