Sanding Sheet 11 x 9 in P120 Fine

This Zoro Select sanding sheet measures 11 inches by 9 inches and uses a P120 grit aluminum oxide abrasive on a B-weight paper backing. It is designed for fine surface preparation on wood, metal, or painted finishes. The red colour coding helps identify the grit quickly in a busy workshop. Each pack contains 100 sheets for high-volume use.

Hand-sanding thermals and dust

The paper backing stays flexible during hand sanding so it conforms to contours without tearing. Aluminum oxide cuts cleanly with moderate pressure, reducing heat buildup on the workpiece. Dust loads evenly across the open coat, keeping the surface visible and the abrasive biting longer. No power-tool vibration means less operator fatigue on long jobs.

100-sheet bulk pack value

The 100-sheet quantity lets you keep a stack at every bench without reordering. Sheets are packed flat to prevent curl and edge damage before use. The consistent B-weight backing feeds smoothly from the pile for quick changes. Ideal for production shops that go through fine-grit paper daily.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the 11 x 9 in sheet to a hand sander without it tearing?

Align the paper with the clamp bars, tighten evenly across the 9 in width, and avoid over-stretching the B-weight paper backing.

When should I replace a sheet from the 100-pack during a job?

Swap to a fresh P120 sheet once the aluminum oxide grains dull and the red colour fades, typically after several panels.

What limits how long a sheet lasts under continuous sanding?

The B-weight paper backing wears through before the aluminum oxide grit loses its P120 cutting ability.
