BNC coax limits cable runs and recorder choice

HD-TVI signals travel over BNC coaxial cable, so every camera must be wired back to a compatible DVR. The 60ft cables included set a practical distance ceiling unless you add extensions. Video is locked to 1080P at 30 fps with TVI, AHD or CVI mode switching, and the system cannot operate without a recorder.
