Ready-to-game Ryzen 7 desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White system arrives assembled, liquid-cooled and tested with Windows 11 Home. The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 16-core processor runs at 4.7 GHz alongside an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 16 GB GDDR7 memory. A 360 mm liquid cooler keeps temperatures in check while 128 GB of DDR5 memory and a dual-drive layout of 1 TB NVMe plus 2 TB SATA HDD provide space and speed for modern titles.

Who this suits and who it does not

Ideal for players who want a high-refresh 1440p or entry 4K experience without building their own loop. The single GPU slot and fixed 850 W power supply mean builders who need a second card or a higher-wattage unit for extreme overclocking should look elsewhere.

Deciding specification: 128 GB DDR5

The four populated DDR5 slots deliver 128 GB at once, removing the need for later upgrades and feeding the 16-core CPU in memory-heavy workloads. If your workflow never exceeds 64 GB, a smaller kit would free budget for other components.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 360mm liquid cooler require?

The 360mm liquid cooler needs a case that can mount a 360mm radiator with matching fan positions.

How is the Ryzen 7 9800X3D installed on the AM5 socket, and what step is often missed?

Align the triangle marker on the CPU with the socket corner, seat it gently, then lock the lever; the step often missed is removing the protective cover from the cooler's cold plate before mounting.

When will the 128GB DDR5 memory need replacement or upgrade?

The four DDR5 slots are fully populated at 128GB; future upgrades require replacing existing modules rather than adding more.
