Ready-to-play gaming desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White system arrives assembled with a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. It targets enthusiasts who want 4K gaming and heavy multitasking without building or tuning a custom loop. The 64GB DDR5 memory and 4TB NVMe SSD plus 2TB HDD provide ample space for modern libraries.

360 mm liquid cooling and 1000 W supply

A 360mm liquid cooler handles the CPU thermal load while the 1000W power supply feeds the RTX 5080 and all other components. The closed-loop cooler keeps noise lower than stock air solutions during sustained loads. Power delivery is sized for the installed hardware without requiring an external upgrade.

AM5 platform with four memory slots

The motherboard uses the AM5 socket and offers four DDR5 slots, all currently populated with the 64GB kit. Storage includes a 4TB NVMe drive and a 2TB SATA III hard drive for bulk data. Wi-Fi and RGB lighting are integrated, and Windows 11 Home is pre-installed. Buyers who want more storage bays or a second graphics card should verify case clearance before purchase.

Questions about this item

How is the 360mm liquid cooler installed on the Ryzen 9 9950X and what step is often missed?

The 360mm liquid cooler mounts to the AM5 socket using the supplied bracket; the step often missed is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before securing the pump block.

What maintenance will the 360mm liquid cooler and 1000W power supply need later?

The 360mm liquid cooler is a sealed unit requiring no refill; dust the radiator fins annually and replace the PSU fan only if noise develops after several years.

What limit appears first under sustained load with the RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 and 1000W power supply?

The GPU power limit is reached first; the 1000W supply caps the RTX 5080 at its rated board power before CPU or thermal limits become active.
