Ready-to-play desktop for competitive gamers

The ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White arrives as a complete Windows 11 system built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D running at 4.7GHz and a Dhahab GeForce RTX 5080 with 16GB GDDR7 memory. Sixty-four gigabytes of DDR5, a 4TB NVMe SSD and a 2TB SATA III HDD are already installed, so the machine is ready for high-refresh gaming and content creation immediately.

Verify power outlet and desk space before ordering

The chassis includes a 360mm liquid cooler and a 1000W power supply, so ensure your mains socket can deliver the required current and that your desk or floor area accommodates a full-tower footprint. Confirm your monitor uses a DisplayPort or HDMI input compatible with the RTX 5080 PCI Express x16 graphics interface, and check that your network environment supports the onboard WiFi standard.

Fits a high-performance workflow without extra

The 4TB NVMe drive provides the primary volume for the operating system and active projects, while the 2TB HDD adds bulk storage for media archives. Four DDR5 slots are populated, leaving no empty sockets for future memory upgrades. The 1000W unit powers the CPU, GPU and cooling loop without needing an additional supply, and the liquid cooler handles thermal load without occupying case fan mounts.

Questions about this item

Does the Helios GX601 White come with a monitor, keyboard and mouse or are those separate?

The box contains the desktop tower with the 360mm liquid cooler, 64GB DDR5 RAM, 4TB NVMe SSD, 2TB SATA HDD, RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 graphics, 1000W power supply and Windows 11 Home. Monitor, keyboard and mouse are not included.

Which storage combination fits my workload — the 4TB NVMe plus 2TB HDD or a larger single drive?

The 4TB NVMe SSD gives fast load times for the OS and active games, while the 2TB SATA HDD adds bulk space for media and backups. If you want one volume, you would need to add another drive yourself.

What does the 4.7GHz Ryzen 7 9800X3D deliver in actual gameplay with the RTX 5080?

The 16-core CPU at 4.7GHz paired with the RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 pushes high frame rates at 1440p and 4K in modern titles, and the 360mm liquid cooler keeps clocks stable during long sessions.
