Ready-to-play gaming desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White system arrives assembled, liquid cooled and loaded with Windows 11 Home so you can start gaming immediately. The 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor runs at 4.3GHz base frequency on the AM5 platform. A 360mm liquid cooler keeps thermals in check during extended sessions. It targets enthusiasts who want flagship performance without building from scratch.

Storage capacity and headroom

A 2TB NVMe SSD provides fast boot and game-load speeds while a 2TB SATA III HDD adds bulk capacity for media and backups. The four DDR5 slots are fully populated with 128GB total, leaving no free slots for further memory upgrades. GPU memory is fixed at 16GB GDDR6 on the Radeon RX 9070 XT. Buyers who want more storage or memory headroom will need external solutions or a different chassis.

850W power supply constraint

The included 850W unit powers the 16-core CPU, high-end GPU, liquid cooler and all drives in this configuration. It defines the ceiling for any future component changes such as a higher-wattage graphics card or additional drives. Builders planning significant upgrades should verify headroom against the new parts' requirements. The fixed wattage makes this the deciding specification for long-term flexibility.
