ARC Audio Extractor for TV Sound Upgrade

The Buerlaseul BL-419B extracts audio from a TV HDMI ARC port and sends it to a soundbar or amplifier through optical SPDIF and 3.5 mm stereo outputs. It requires a television with a labelled ARC connection to function.

Simultaneous Optical and Analog Outputs

Both the optical SPDIF and 3.5 mm ports can operate at the same time, letting a soundbar and headphones receive audio together without the TV display needing to be powered on.

4K 60 Hz Video Pass-Through with Mode Selection

The unit passes 4K video at 60 Hz while offering PASS, 2.0CH and 5.1CH audio modes; optical SPDIF carries Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1, while the 3.5 mm jack delivers stereo. It does not support audio formats beyond those listed or non-ARC HDMI sources.

Questions about this item

Will the optical SPDIF or 3.5 mm jack need cleaning or replacement after long use?

The ports are fixed on the aluminium housing; no moving parts or consumable cables are included, so no scheduled maintenance is required.

What is the first limit reached when the extractor runs continuously at 4K 60 Hz?

The HDMI input is rated for 4K at 60 Hz and HDCP 2.2; sustained operation stays within that bandwidth ceiling.

How much heat or noise does the BL-419B produce when powered all day?

The unit has no fan and draws little power, so it runs silently and stays cool to the touch during extended use.
