Questions about this item

Can the 1TB SSD be upgraded later?

The 1TB SSD is the only internal drive listed; any upgrade would require a compatible replacement module.

What limits sustained performance of the i5-8350U?

The quad-core i5-8350U reaches 3.60 GHz boost but thermal constraints in the rugged chassis will throttle clocks under continuous load.

How loud and hot does the 5424 get during all-day use?

Integrated UHD 620 graphics and the sealed rugged design mean fan noise rises and surface temperatures increase during extended workloads.
