Rugged 14-inch touchscreen laptop

This Dell Latitude 5424 is a new rugged notebook built for harsh environments with a 14.0-inch FHD touchscreen display. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 128GB SSD. The chassis meets military-grade durability standards for field work.

Suited for outdoor and industrial use

The sunlight-viewable display and glove-compatible touchscreen suit workers in construction, utilities or public safety who need reliable operation in dust, vibration or extreme temperatures. Buyers who want more storage capacity or a dedicated graphics card for rendering or gaming should look at other models.

Check power and peripheral needs

Verify that the included Dell OEM charger matches your regional mains voltage before deployment. Confirm your external monitors use HDMI or DisplayPort inputs, as these are the only video outputs provided. Ensure any legacy serial or RJ-45 devices you rely on are compatible with the single ports available.
