Latitude 5590 quad-core ultrabook

The Dell Latitude 5590 pairs an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with 8 GB DDR4 memory. Dual storage comprises a 256 GB M.2 primary drive and a 2 TB secondary SSD. A 15.6 inch FHD IPS panel at 1920 x 1080 runs on Intel UHD Graphics 620. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed.

Suits mobile professionals needing two separate SSDs

This configuration suits users who want operating system and active projects on the fast M.2 drive while keeping a large archive on the second SSD. Buyers who need a touchscreen, discrete graphics or more than 8 GB memory should look at other models.

256 GB M.2 plus 2 TB secondary SSD

The defining specification is the dual-drive layout: a 256 GB M.2 unit paired with a 2 TB solid-state drive. This gives a clear speed tier for the boot volume and a high-capacity tier for data without relying on a mechanical disk.
