Questions about this item

How does the 4.80 GHz turbo speed behave inside the Precision 5530 chassis?

The i9-8950HK can reach 4.80 GHz on turbo, but sustained clocks depend on the dual-fan thermal solution and the workload you run.

What does the Thunderbolt 3 port actually carry in this model?

The single Thunderbolt 3 port provides x4 PCIe lanes, DisplayPort video and USB 3.1 Gen 1 data for docks, external GPUs or 4K monitors.

Will the 256 GB M.2 plus 2 TB SSD combo fit without extra brackets?

Both drives are factory-installed in the Precision 5530's internal M.2 slots, so no additional brackets or caddies are required.
