All-Weather Outdoor Pair

The Earthquake Sound AWS-602B is a black indoor/outdoor speaker pair rated at 200 watts peak power. The 6-inch drivers handle 35 to 150 watts of recommended amplifier power. Rust-proof aluminium hardware and UV-protected PVC enclosures withstand permanent outdoor mounting. Paintable grilles let the units blend with any exterior or interior decor.

Simple Bracket Mounting

Three mounting options and directional positioning make placement straightforward on walls or ceilings. Powder-coated aluminium brackets resist corrosion during long-term exposure. The only common issue is ensuring the supplied connectors are tightened fully to maintain the 8-ohm nominal impedance. No remote control is included, so volume must be managed at the amplifier.

96 dB Sensitivity Match

At 96 dB sensitivity these speakers produce high output from modest amplifier power, making the efficiency figure the key specification for system matching. The 65 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response covers full-range music and speech without a separate subwoofer. Buyers needing deeper bass extension or wireless streaming should consider other solutions.
