Signal distribution

The ESTONE HDMI698352 splits one HDMI source into four identical outputs, letting a single player, console or computer feed multiple displays at the same time. It handles video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz and passes audio formats including LPCM, Dolby-AC3, DTS7.1 and DSD. The unit is new and finished in black.

Build integration

One HDMI female input connects to the source while four HDMI female outputs run to monitors, TVs or projectors. A 5 V 2 A AC adapter is included in the box, so the splitter draws no power from the source device. Transmission distance reaches 100 ft using AWG26 cable, with 40 ft on the input side and 60 ft on each output.

Target users

This splitter suits installers who need to mirror one signal across four screens in a classroom, showroom or home theatre. It does not support 4K at 60 Hz, so buyers who require that refresh rate should look elsewhere. The device is a pure splitter, not a switch, so users needing multiple sources on one display will need a different product.

Questions about this item

How far can I run cables before the 4K@30Hz signal degrades?

The splitter supports up to 100 ft total using AWG26 cable, with 40 ft on the input side and 60 ft on the output side.

Does the unit get hot or draw much power when driving four displays all day?

It ships with a 5V/2A AC adapter and has no fan, so heat and noise stay minimal during continuous operation.

What cables and power source do I need to have on hand before this works?

You need five HDMI cables (one in, four out) and a mains outlet for the included 5V/2A adapter.
