ESTONE HDMI698352 1x2 HDMI Splitter 4K@30Hz 1080p@60Hz

ESTONE HDMI698352 1x2 Splitter

This ESTONE HDMI698352 splitter takes a single HDMI source and duplicates it to two displays at the same time. It supports video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz and 1080p at 60 Hz, passing both video and audio without quality loss. The unit is HDCP 1.4 compliant and works with HDMI 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 devices. A 5 V 2 A power adapter is included in the package.

Who it suits and who it does not

Installers who need to mirror a Blu-ray player, games console, PC or streaming stick to two televisions or projectors will find this a simple plug-and-play solution. It also carries multi-channel audio formats such as LPCM, Dolby-AC3, DTS 7.1 and DSD. Buyers who require independent extended desktops, 4K at 60 Hz, HDMI 2.0 or 2.1 bandwidth, or switching between multiple sources should look at a different class of device.

Capacity and headroom

The splitter handles 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, 3D and 4K x 2K at 30 Hz comfortably, with a maximum pixel clock of 10.2 Gbps. Transmission distance reaches 100 ft using AWG26 cable, split as 40 ft on the input side and 60 ft on each output. It cannot process 4K at 60 Hz or any signal that exceeds the HDMI 1.4 specification.
