1x8 HDMI Splitter 4K@60Hz

The ESTONE OZF5-1 is a powered HDMI 2.0b splitter that duplicates one source signal across eight displays. It supports 4K resolution at 60 Hz with 18 Gbps bandwidth and HDCP 2.2 compliance. The unit handles video colour depths of 24, 30, 36 and 48 bit. Audio formats include LPCM 7.1, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD. It is built for installers and venues needing simultaneous mirrored output.

HDMI 2.0b bandwidth and downscaling limits

The 18 Gbps ceiling restricts 4K output to 60 Hz 4:4:4 or HDR without compression. Displays limited to YUV 4:2:0 will show 1080p instead of 4K even if the source is 4K. The splitter downscales 4K to 1080p per output independently, allowing mixed 4K and 1080p screens. It cannot extend a desktop across multiple monitors.

Mirror-only operation

This device duplicates the input to all eight outputs with no extension or matrix switching capability. Buyers who need independent content on each screen or multi-monitor desktop extension cannot use this splitter. It is designed strictly for identical mirrored distribution.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1x8 model or a smaller splitter for my setup?

Choose the 1x8 when you need to mirror one source to eight displays; smaller splitters exist for fewer outputs.

What does the 18Gbps bandwidth mean when the splitter is connected to real displays?

It carries 4K at 60 Hz with 24, 30, 36 or 48 bit colour and HDCP 2.2 without compression.

How does the HDMI 2.0b interface limit what I can actually run?

It caps at 3840x2160 at 60 Hz, 600 MHz pixel clock and 18 Gbps total throughput.
