HDMI 1.4 Bandwidth and Audio Mode Limits

The unit operates at 18 Gbps bandwidth, supporting video up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz with HDCP 1.4 and 3D capability. Audio extraction is limited to the three selectable modes — TV, 2.0 CH and 5.1 CH — and the listed digital formats such as DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD, LPCM 7.1 and Dolby AC3; Dolby Digital Plus is explicitly not supported. Colour depth reaches 24 bit or deep colour 30 bit within the YUV 4:2:0 sampling structure.
