16-Channel 5MP DVR Recorder

The Eyemax Prestige PVT accepts up to 16 analogue cameras at 5MP resolution. It supports HD-TVI, CVI, AHD and 960H formats on the same unit. Installers managing multi-site CCTV projects will find the channel count and format flexibility useful. Homeowners needing only a few cameras may consider this capacity excessive.

Dual CODEC Engine for Independent Streams

A dual CODEC engine handles recording and network transmission separately. This means local recording quality stays high while remote viewing bandwidth adjusts independently. The recorder also offers a POS interface for overlaying transaction data. Buyers who require IP camera integration should note this is an analogue DVR platform.

Relay Alarm Output and PTZ Control

The unit provides a relay alarm output for triggering external devices and RS-485 for PTZ camera control. Motion detection covers 576 configurable areas to reduce false alerts. Auto deletion manages storage without manual intervention. No hard drive is included, so plan for separate storage purchase.
