Stand mechanics

The aluminum dual-axis hinge system provides a low writing angle and a wider landscape angle plus portrait orientation. The mechanism locks at the chosen angle without wobble on a flat surface. It does not rotate 360 degrees or offer continuous friction adjustment beyond the described positions.

Construction and storage

A hybrid hard back and TPU bumper weighs 0.25 kilograms and measures 1.7 by 22.5 by 26 centimeters. The recessed pencil holder secures a 1st generation Apple Pencil against drops. The frosted hard cover resists scratches and the case supports auto sleep and wake function.
