A 2.5-inch SATA solid-state drive with 1TB of 3D NAND storage, sequential read up to 520 MB/s and write up to 4800 MB/s, plus 500 TBW endurance
The Gigastone 2.5 inch drive uses 3D NAND with SLC cache to deliver sequential reads up to 520 MBps and writes up to 4800 MBps. Random 4KB performance reaches 95000 reads and 90000 writes. It fits laptops, desktops and ultra-slim notebooks at 7 mm height.
At 1TB the drive holds operating systems, applications and large media libraries with room to spare. The 500 TBW endurance rating and 1,500,000 hour MTBF support heavy daily workloads. Performance scales with the SATA interface so sustained transfers stay consistent until the interface ceiling is reached.
The SATA III 6 Gb/s link caps real-world throughput around 520 MBps read and 4800 MBps write. Random IOPS top out at 95000 reads and 90000 writes. Beyond these figures the bus becomes the bottleneck, not the NAND or controller.

Other versions of this model
Yes, the 2.5 inch 7 mm form factor fits standard laptop and desktop bays, including ultra-slim notebooks.
Run a benchmark tool such as CrystalDiskMark; sequential read results should approach 520 MB/s on a SATA III port.
The box contains only the 1 TB SSD; brackets, screws and migration software are not included.
