1-to-8 HDMI Distribution

The Jansicotek splitter takes a single HDMI source and reproduces it across eight outputs simultaneously. Each output carries an identical, synchronised signal suitable for HDTVs, projectors or PC monitors. The powered unit buffers and amplifies the stream to support longer cable runs without quality loss.

Installers needing eight identical displays

This unit suits control rooms, conference spaces, digital-signage walls and training suites where one source must drive multiple screens in sync. It is not intended for setups that require independent content on each output or for users who need more than eight destinations.

HDMI 1.3b with 1440p maximum

The splitter’s single specification that governs compatibility is its HDMI 1.3b interface limited to 1440p resolution. Sources and displays must operate within that version and resolution ceiling for the eight-way distribution to function correctly.

Questions about this item

Does the Jansicotek 1×8 HDMI Splitter generate noticeable heat or fan noise when running continuously?

The unit is a passive signal amplifier with no moving parts, so it produces no fan noise and only minimal warmth during all-day operation.

What cables and power source must I already have to use the eight-output HDMI splitter?

You need one HDMI cable for the source, up to eight HDMI cables for the displays, and a nearby mains socket for the included power adapter.

Will the 1.3b HDMI splitter downscale 1080p content correctly for older 720p or 480p displays I still use?

Yes, the splitter passes the source signal unchanged; each connected display handles its own supported resolution such as 720p or 480p without downscaling by the splitter.
