Eight-Output HDMI Splitter

The Jansicotek splitter takes a single HDMI source and duplicates it across eight displays simultaneously. It handles video up to 1440p and 1080P with 3D support, making it suited for installers who need identical images on multiple screens in classrooms, control rooms or home theatres.

Signal Integrity Over Distance

Internal buffering and amplification let the unit drive longer cable runs without degrading the 2.25 Gbps per-channel bandwidth. Deep-colour formats at 480i, 576i, 720p, 1080i and 1080P remain stable, and synchronised output timing prevents drift between the eight ports during extended sessions.

HDCP-Compliant Connectivity

HDCP compliance ensures protected content from consoles, Blu-ray players or streaming devices passes through without handshake failures. Eight HDMI outputs accept standard cables, while the single input connects any 1.3b-compatible source, so rack-mounted or wall-plate installations stay tidy with no adapter chains required.

Questions about this item

Does the splitter generate noticeable heat or fan noise when running continuously for a full day?

The unit is a passive HDMI splitter with no internal fan, so it operates silently and produces only minimal warmth during extended use.

What cables and power source do I need to connect eight displays to this splitter right out of the box?

You must supply one HDMI cable for the source input, eight HDMI cables for the outputs, and a nearby mains socket for the included 5 V DC power adapter.

Will this splitter downscale 1080p content automatically if I keep a few older 720p monitors in the chain?

All eight outputs mirror the incoming resolution, so a 1080p source will not downscale for 720p displays; each monitor must support the source resolution.
