One input to four identical outputs

This powered HDMI splitter takes a single source and duplicates it across four displays simultaneously. It carries both video and audio without quality loss and is built with a metal chassis for stable signal transmission. The unit includes a 5 V / 2 A AC adapter and a user manual. It is designed for fixed installations where the same image must appear on multiple screens.

Suited for multi-screen mirroring, not switching

Installers running the same feed to several projectors or TVs in a showroom, control room or retail space will find this device fits the task. It does not select between different sources, so anyone needing to switch four inputs onto one display should look elsewhere. The splitter also requires all connected displays to share a common resolution for reliable operation.

HDMI 1.4b with 4K at 30 Hz and HDCP 1.4

The splitter conforms to HDMI 1.4b and supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz, plus 1080p, 720p, 576p, 480i and 3D formats. HDCP 1.4 compliance allows protected content playback. Cable runs must stay within 20 m total at 4K (10 m in, 10 m out) or 30 m total at 1080p (15 m in, 15 m out).

Questions about this item

Does the metal enclosure or the 5 V power supply need any periodic servicing?

The splitter uses a passive metal housing with gold-plated ports and an external 5 V/2 A adapter; no user-serviceable parts or scheduled maintenance are required.

What cable-length ceiling stops the 4K 30 Hz signal first when all four outputs run continuously?

Total HDMI cable run must stay under 20 m — 10 m from source to splitter plus 10 m from splitter to each display — otherwise the 4K 30 Hz link becomes unstable.

How warm does the unit get and how much power does it draw when driving four 1080p screens all day?

The aluminium chassis runs warm but stays within safe limits on the supplied 5 V/2 A adapter, which caps total draw at 10 W with no fan noise.
