A bi-directional DisplayPort 1.4 switch toggles between two sources on one display or one source across two displays at up to 8K 30 Hz, 4K 120 Hz or 1080p 240 Hz with 32.4 Gbps bandwidth
The Jansicotek OZQD is a DisplayPort 1.4 bidirectional switch with two female ports. It lets you connect two source devices to one display or one source to two displays, though only one output is active at a time. Audio and video pass through together with support for 3D formats.
The switch maintains a 32.4Gbps link so 8K at 30Hz, 4K at 120Hz and 1080p at 240Hz remain stable during long sessions. An integrated USB-C power port supplies extra current for high-power sources, preventing signal drops when cables run long or devices draw more current than the DisplayPort line provides.
Verify each device has a native DisplayPort 1.4 output; the switch will not work with Valve Index VR headsets or Xbox consoles. Remember that two connected displays cannot show content simultaneously — only the selected port is live. A free USB-C charger is required if your sources need the auxiliary power input.

The unit is a passive aluminium switch with a tiny USB-C power port only for signal stability; it has no fan and draws negligible power, so it stays cool during continuous use.
You need three DisplayPort male-to-male cables — two from your sources to the switch inputs and one from the switch output to your monitor — plus a USB-C cable and charger for the power port.
Yes, the switch is backward compatible with earlier DisplayPort standards and will pass 1080p 60 Hz from one source while the other runs at 4K 120 Hz, but only one display can be active at a time.
