Opened seal upgrade service

The original factory seal is opened by engineers to install the listed memory and storage upgrades before shipment. This means the laptop arrives already configured to the advertised 64GB DDR5 and 1TB specification. Buyers should verify the upgraded components match the order upon delivery and retain all packaging for any future service requests.

Ports and connectivity check

Confirm your peripherals match the available ports: three USB 3.0 Type-A, two USB Type-C, one HDMI, one Ethernet and a headset combo jack. Wireless connectivity uses Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth. Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Intel Core i9-14900HX is hitting its 5.80GHz turbo frequency under load?

Open Windows Task Manager, select the Performance tab, choose CPU and watch the real-time clock speed while running a heavy workload; it should reach 5.80GHz when thermal headroom allows.

What accessories are included in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The laptop ships with the 15.1" OLED 165Hz unit, Windows 11 Home pre-installed and the power adapter; no external mouse, headset or additional storage is included.

Which configuration should I choose if I need the 64GB DDR5 and 1TB SSD specification?

Select the single listed version — it already provides 64GB DDR5 SODIMM RAM, a 1TB PCIe M.2 SSD, the Intel Core i9-14900HX and RTX 5070 graphics.
