Built for business mobility

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 is a new 14.0 inch laptop designed for professionals who need a reliable daily driver. It runs an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with 4 cores and 8 MB cache, reaching up to 4.2 GHz. The 24 GB DDR4 memory and 500 GB PCIe SSD handle office workloads and multitasking smoothly.

Dual-boot flexibility out of the box

This unit ships with Windows 10 Pro and Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon pre-installed. You choose the operating system at every boot, switching between environments with a simple reboot. Both systems cannot run simultaneously, so plan your workflow around the restart.

Suits users who want OS choice without setup

It fits buyers who need native Windows and Linux on the same hardware immediately. The 1920 x 1080 IPS display, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI cover modern connectivity. Users requiring a dedicated GPU, a touchscreen, or a larger screen should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What does the 4.2 GHz turbo speed mean for everyday workloads?

The i5-1135G7 can boost up to 4.2 GHz on active cores, so single-threaded tasks like web browsing or spreadsheet calculation finish quickly before the chip returns to its 2.4 GHz base.

What does Thunderbolt 4 cap at for external displays or storage?

Each Thunderbolt 4 port carries 40 Gbit/s, enough for one 8K or two 4K monitors and fast PCIe SSDs, while also delivering power and USB 4 data.

Will the 12.9 by 8.9 inch footprint fit in a standard 14-inch sleeve?

Yes, the chassis measures 12.9 by 8.9 inches and 0.70 inch thick, matching typical 14-inch business laptop sleeves.
