Suits mobile professionals needing massive local

Buyers who want a dedicated GPU for rendering or gaming should look elsewhere, as this model relies on integrated graphics. The 50WHr battery and 65W supply limit unplugged runtime for heavy workloads. The 3.23lb chassis and 0.70in profile fit standard bags, but the fixed 48GB memory prevents future RAM upgrades.

8TB PCIe SSD decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 8TB PCIe solid-state drive. If your workflow demands multiple terabytes of active project files, databases or virtual machines stored locally, this capacity covers it. If you stream data from a server or cloud, a smaller drive would suffice and the extra capacity would go unused.
