The supplier ships either a T480 or T490 unit depending on stock. The T480 weighs about 3.6 lbs and measures 13.25" x 9.15" x .78", while the T490 is lighter at 3.2 lbs and smaller at 12.7" x 8.5" x .7". Confirm which chassis matches your docking station, sleeve or port requirements before purchase.

Upgrade from Dual-Core or HDD Systems

This unit replaces laptops limited to two cores or mechanical hard drives. The quad-core i5-8250U and 256 GB SSD deliver noticeably faster multitasking and boot times. Buyers needing dedicated graphics, more than 16 GB RAM or a touchscreen should look elsewhere.
