14-inch FHD touch ultrabook

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s is a 14-inch Full HD touchscreen laptop powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor running at 1.9 GHz. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB SSD, running Windows 10 Pro out of the box. The IPS panel and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handle everyday visual tasks.

Upgrade from dual-core or HDD systems

This configuration replaces older dual-core ultrabooks or machines still running mechanical hard drives. The jump is worth it when workloads need four cores and eight threads for multitasking, or when the 1 TB solid-state drive eliminates storage bottlenecks. Buyers who want more storage capacity or a discrete GPU for heavy rendering should look elsewhere.

Compact chassis with versatile I/O

The slim body includes HDMI output, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (one always-on), and two USB Type-C ports supporting Power Delivery, DisplayPort and data. Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth 4.1 handle wireless connectivity, while the integrated webcam covers video calls. An OEM AC adapter is included for charging.
