14″ Full HD business laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T490 is a 14.0 inch Full HD laptop powered by an Intel Core i7 8565U quad-core processor with a maximum turbo frequency of 4.60 GHz. It comes with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 non-touch display.

Mobile professionals needing fingerprint security

This configuration suits users who want a lightweight 14 inch chassis with a 720p webcam, 802.11 ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and a fingerprint reader for secure login. Buyers who require a dedicated graphics card, a touchscreen panel or more than 16 GB of memory should consider a different system.

2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD decides fit

The single specification that determines whether this is the right part is the 2 TB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive. It provides high-capacity, high-speed storage for large project files and applications. If a smaller or slower drive meets the workload, another model may be more appropriate.
