The LUOM OZV8 splits one HDMI 2.0 input into a mirrored HDMI output plus separate optical Toslink and 3.5 mm analogue audio feeds. It handles 4K at 60 Hz with 18 Gbps bandwidth and supports 24-bit, 30-bit and 36-bit deep colour. EDID switches select pass-through, 2-channel or 5.1-channel audio modes. A 5 V power adapter and HDMI cable are included.

Suited for soundbars and amplifiers lacking HDMI

Installers connecting a 4K source to a display while routing digital or analogue audio to an external receiver will find the dual audio outputs convenient. The extractor does not work with Bluetooth headsets and cannot accept an AV receiver as the HDMI source device. Users needing HDMI ARC return-channel extraction or more than one HDMI output should consider other solutions.
